We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our social media presence and content strategy within defined brand guidelines and marketing objectives. You will work closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of engaging content and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and Manage Content Timelines: Define and manage content calendars and posting schedules, ensuring all social media milestones are met on time.
Monitor Content Performance: Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to ensure all deliverables meet quality and engagement standards.
Communicate Platform Updates: Communicate content performance updates and community feedback to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Support Content Creation: Support and guide internal teams to achieve assigned content creation tasks and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and content creation schedules.
- Strong creative acumen and digital marketing decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
