Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – ICT to lead and oversee technology-driven projects within our organization. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering ICT projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, ICT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks. Develop mitigation strategies and proactive solutions.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Technology Implementation: Oversee the deployment of ICT solutions, including software, hardware, and network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
- Change Management & Communication: Facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes by ensuring proper training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates, reports, and post-implementation reviews to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing ICT projects, preferably in Unified communications
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development methodologies, and enterprise IT systems.
